The Well-being way says to see that you are already worthy. And take powerful action, with conscious choice, authentically cultivating and expanding your desire.
The Burnout Approach says that productivity is the end goal.
The Wellbeing Way says to use productivity when it contributes to Wellbeing/Joy/Fulfillment.
The Burnout Approach sees the body’s need for rest and other bodily functions as obstacles.
The Wellbeing Way sees the body as one of your most important assets, and builds in to its schedule time to rest, strengthen, and nurture the body.
The Burnout Approach says misery now, pleasure and joy later. Pleasure and joy must be earned.
The Wellbeing Way says that joy is a birthright. Pleasure along the way is vital.
The Burnout Approach ignores small victories on the way and judges harshly.
The Wellbeing Way celebrates small victories and uses self-love as its main driver.
The Burnout Approach says feelings and mental health just get in the way, and works against your brain.
The Wellbeing Approach sees your brain as one of your most powerful tools, gives time to care for its health, practices mindfulness and presence with feelings, and treats your brain as an ally.
The Burnout Approach may help to create short-term bursts of results, but in the long-term will be less effective.
The Wellbeing Way creates consistent, easily repeatable, and sustainable results.
There’s a reason you keep turning to the burnout approach.
